Public Hearing Notices

Public Hearings are part of formal government meetings and are scheduled as needed. Public Hearings are opportunities for a governing body to receive testimony from the public at large on local issues or proposed government actions. Notices are posted here and published in The Winchester Star — the area’s newspaper of record — at least 10 days prior to the Public Hearing.

 

Public Hearing: VDOT Secondary Six-Year Plan

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Clarke County Board of Supervisors, in accordance with Section §33.2-331 of the Code of Virginia, will conduct a joint public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, in the second-floor meeting room of the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center located at 101 Chalmers Ct. in Berryville, Va.
