The Code of Clarke County, Virginia, is the statutory law of the county adopted by the Board of Supervisors, and it reflects codified legislation of the Virginia General Assembly.

Please note the only official edition of the Code of Clarke County is the printed version maintained in the County Administrator’s office on the second floor of the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center (101 Chalmers Ct., Berryville, Va.).
