VA Voter Registration Application
The Voter Registration application should be completed in its entirety. Enter “N/A” if a question is not applicable. Sign and date. Clarke County residents may mail or deliver applications to the General Registrar’s Office, 101 Chalmers Ct., Berryville VA 22611, located in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center.
VA Absentee Ballot Application
An Absentee Ballot application must be submitted for each election in which a resident wishes to vote by using an absentee ballot because of an inability to be at the polls on Election Day. Or, you can apply online through the Virginia Department of Elections.
Federal Post Card Application

Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot Application
The Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot is an emergency back-up ballot used when a voter is concerned that the ballot requested or FPCA may not arrive in time to be counted.
