The Joint Administrative Services office provides accounting and financial management services to Clarke County Public Schools and Clarke County general government. The Joint Administrative Services Board reviews policies and procedures regarding budgets, budget analysis, forecasting, accounts payable-receivable, purchasing, payroll, grants management, insurance, and EDP hardware/software selection and operation.

Joint Administrative Services Board meetings begin at 10 a.m. on the fourth Monday of each month in the second-floor meeting space of the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center located at 101 Chalmers Ct. in Berryville, Va. All meetings are open to the public.
