The Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) advises the Board, County Administrator, and economic development staff to help Clarke County achieve its economic development goals. EDAC members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and represent key government and business groups such as the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, School Board, Industrial Development Authority, Town of Berryville, and other sectors such as agriculture, banking, real estate, light industry, retail, and tourism.

- Mark Gribble, retired airline sales
- Bev McKay, Board of Supervisors representative
- John Milleson, Chair, banking and finance
- Elizabeth Pritchard, hospitality and agriculture
Economic Development Advisory Committee meetings are held bi-monthly (beginning in January) and begin at 1 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month in the second-floor meeting space of the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center located at 101 Chalmers Ct. in Berryville, Va. All meetings are open to the public.
