The Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) manages the local Children’s Services Act (CSA) program by coordinating agencies efforts, managing the available funds, and establishing local CSA program policies.
CSA is a law enacted in 1993 that established a single state pool of funds to support behavioral health services for eligible youth and their families. State funds combined with local community funds are managed by local inter-agency teams that plan and manage those services for youth. The Office of Children’s Services (OCS) oversees Clarke County’s administration of the program.
