The Berryville-Clarke County Government Center Joint Building Committee coordinates the ongoing use and maintenance of the government center as a shared space for both government entities as well as the public. The Joint Building Committee has four members: a representative from the Board of Supervisors, the County Administrator, a representative from the Town Council, and the Town Manager. The county provides a clerk for this committee.

The BCCGC Joint Building Committee meets every other month in the second-floor meeting space of the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center located at 101 Chalmers Ct. in Berryville. All meetings are open to the public.
