The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Clarke County Government, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from vendors that are qualified and capable of providing consulting services needed to update Clarke County’s historic district guidelines for both the Millwood and White Post local overlay historic districts as specified in this Request for Proposals.

Sealed proposals should be clearly marked, "RFP 24-0924 Consulting Services: Updating Historic District Guidelines."   Proposals must be received in at least one of the two ways below:

* By delivering the sealed proposal in the Clarke County Purchasing Office before 3:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

* By posting electronically on eVA before the deadline of 3:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

Proposals received after the due date of 3:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 will not be accepted.
