Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney

The Office of the Clarke County Commonwealth’s Attorney is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney to begin as early November 18, 2024.  Duties include, but are not limited to, prosecuting traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases in General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, and Circuit Court. 

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Virginia. Prosecutors and/or attorneys with experience in the practice of criminal law preferred.
