Meow-Loween at the Clarke Animal Shelter (225 Ramsburg Lane, Berryville) encourages pet and their humans to arrive in costume. There is a coloring contest for kids (pick up an image to color at the shelter before Oct. 28), pet fortune telling, and treats for everyone.
