Clarke County Veterans Day Service at the Veterans Memorial on the west side of Berryville-Clarke County Government Center (101 Chalmers Ct., Berryville) is FREE and open to the public. Program features the Clarke County Honor Guard, the Clarke County Community Band, and the announcement of the 2023 “Clarke County Veteran of the Year” recipient. Rain location is the Barns of Rose Hill located next to the government center. Following the program, VFW Post 9760 (425 S.
