VCE Food Preservation Workshop: Pressure Canning at Clarke County Recreation Center (225 Al Smith Circle, Berryville) is open to ages 16 and up and led by a Virginia Cooperative Extension agent. Learn about pressure canning and pressure canner safety. Bring your dial gauge pressure canner lid to be tested for accuracy. Fee is $20; includes materials.
