Women’s Self Defense Basics at Clarke County Recreation Center in Chet Hobert Park (225 Al Smith Circle, Berryville) is open to ages 16 and up. Participants learn realistic strategies to defend themselves as well as tactics to prevent and reduce risk, and increase awareness. Fee is $7.
