Clarke County Memorial Day Service in Rose Hill Park (31 E. Main St., Berryville) features guest speaker Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Westbrook, U.S. Army. LTC Westbrook deployed to Iraq three times with the 82nd Airborne Division three times and once with the 25th Infantry Division (Light). He has served in strategic positions since 2012, including a fifth deployment to Iraq in 2019-20. The Memorial Day service includes music by the Clarke County High School Band and the Clarke County High School Chamber Choir. Rain location is the Barns of Rose Hill.
