VDOT Millwood Traffic Study Presentation is at Shiloh Baptist Church (1983 Millwood Rd., Millwood) and is open to the public. VDOT engineers will address traffic volume, short sight distances, and speeding along Millwood Road (Rt. 723) and Bishop Meade Road (Rt. 255).
