Official Flag Retirement Ceremony in Rose Hill Park (31 E. Main St., Berryville), led by Boy Scout Troop 34, is FREE and open to the public. Prior to the ceremony, American flags that are worn beyond repair may be dropped off at the flag disposal receptacle outside the entrance to VFW Post 9760 (425 S. Buckmarsh St., Berryville).
