Welcome to Clarke County Office of Election’s Officer of Election training videos. These videos are designed to assist Officers of Election as they work at the polls on Election Day. Videos begin with opening the polls on the voting equipment and electronic pollbooks in the morning, and move through the procedures and paperwork that follows throughout Election Day. Videos continue through closing the polls and managing all paperwork at the end of the day, including the envelopes used to secure paperwork, sealing the envelopes, signing the envelopes, and correctly returning envelopes to the Office of Election. — Barbara Bosserman, Director of Elections & General Registrar
